Machico’s Presence in the Digital World

When in early 2022 we started our journey, we never believed we would get here.

Our biggest dream was to travel and get to know everything this planet has to offer, but I confess that seeing the Machico brand grow has become as or more rewarding as discovering the enchanting destinations of our planet.

In recent weeks Machico has had the privilege of being mentioned in some of the biggest media in Portugal. Through these interviews we were able to talk a little about our origins and show what our values ​​really are. We are a shirt brand with classic models, 100% sustainable and inspired by various places on our planet.

We do not intend the project to be for large masses. We want to have limited productions and be a ‘slow fashion’ project, always guaranteeing the values ​​that serve as our compass from the first moment.

It was a great pleasure to have the opportunity to give these interviews to these Portuguese media and share our identity with you.

The constraints caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the uncertainty that was being experienced forced the couple to rethink their career paths. It was then that they saw an opportunity in the clothing segment and launched, in April of this year, Machico, a brand of genderless shirts that aspires to be timeless.”
