The Cape Verde archipelago is made up of ten islands of volcanic origin, located in the Atlantic ocean about 600 km off the African coast of Senegal.
Each island is unique and offers at least one good reason for a trip to Cape Verde.
Windward Islands: Santo Antão, São Vicente, Santa Luzia (uninhabited), São Nicolau, Sal and Boavista
Leeward Islands: Maio, Santiago, Fogo and Brava
For sun and beach, we recommend the islands of Sal and Boavista, the most touristy, and also the island of Maio. The island of Boavista has a special attraction: between June and September, it is possible to observe the nesting of sea turtles.
